Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and must be damaged upon delivery/include printing errors/ defective.  We do not allow returns/exchanges based on sizing issues of a product or buyer's remorse. Please reference sizing charts to find the appropriate size of a product that matches your sizing preference before placing an order. If you believe the item is eligible for a return according to the requirements mentioned above, please email us at sanctified_bold@yahoo.com to receive further instructions before returning the item(s).

The customer is responsible for the cost of any returns. If the product is determined to be eligible for a return, a reimbursement for the return shipping cost to the customer will be considered. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at sanctified_bold@yahoo.com.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sizing issues, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges for sizing issues. We do not allow exchanges for any reason. If your item was damaged or included errors upon delivery, please email us before you return the item(s). We will provide further assistance and instructions according to the requirements mentioned in the "Return Policy" listed above.

If a return is advisable, we will instruct you to return the item(s) and include the return label included with your delivery. Once the item(s) received, there will be an inspection and approval process to verify eligibility for return and refund. You will be notified of the decision to approve or not approve the return. If a return is approved, a refund will be issued. If a return is not approved, a refund will not be issued. 

If the item(s) are found to be damaged or you received the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and do what we can to make it right while still upholding our policies.

A refund will be issued promptly, within 14-21 business days, once item has been received and approved for return.
